Laughter Yoga:

Cindy has a passion for laughter yoga.  She heard about laughter yoga in a life force yoga teacher training and decided to train to be a laughter leader in 2009. What she did not anticipate was the powerful response that she would have to the practice. “I did not want to go another day without laughter”. She started a laughter club in Westford, MA called “Westford Laughs” in January of 2011. This club meets weekly on Wednesday nights at 7pm and is and always will be free and open to all. In August of 2017 Cindy trained with Robert Rivest to become a laughter yoga teacher. Cindy will soon be offering Laughter Yoga Leader trainings. Dr Kataria gave Cindy the great honor of naming her Laughter Yoga Ambassador for her work spreading laughter over the past 8 years. You will find more information at www.Laugherisit.com where you will find a song that Cindy and Richard wrote about laughter yoga and much more. There is also a page on Facebook called Westford Laughs.  Email address for all things laughter is laughterisit@gmail.com. Due to Covid and a change in life circumstances Westford Laughs has stopped meeting at least for the foreseeable future.
