Osteoporosis Retreat!!

This retreat is full but there may be cancellations so I am creating a wait list as of Feb 12th. Do fill out the form below to register, don’t forget to push submit. Please do not pay. I will be in touch to keep you up to date on the status of the wait list.

April 5-7, 2024

This year the retreat is divided into two payments. Room and meals are to be paid directly to the Ferry Beach Retreat and Conference Center.

The second fee of $275 is paid below to Cindy Brown This fee covers all other charges associated with the retreat.

Total estimated cost of the retreat is $531 based on a private dorm room and all meals. This price may go up if you choose a premium room.

In order to hold your place at this retreat: (This retreat will fill).

Then pay at least 50% of the $275 due upon registration. Of course you are welcome to pay the full fee at once. The second payment is due March 1st. *
Once you have completed the above, you are all set and your spot is reserved. Welcome to the retreat!!
You will then need to book your room at Ferry Beach. Once I recieve your reservation I will send details about the rooms and a special link to book your room and meals online.

*I will give full refunds if you must cancel minus $50. Ferry Beach will charge a service charge of $75 for cancellations. If you cancel within the last two weeks the retreat center will charge a fee of $200. This charge however can be used toward a future weekend at Ferry Beach.

Osteoporosis Workshop

Osteoporosis Online Workshop in February of 2024.

I keep the group small so we are able to communicate well on zoom. The Workshop will be divided into 3 sessions of two hours and the dates will be chosen by the group. The times are in the evening during the week or on the weekend. Once you are registered I will involve the group in time planning. It really does work out!!

The cost of the Workshop is $140. There are two options for payment. Venmo is the easiest or you can mail me a check. I will communicate with you about payment once I recieve this registration form.

Osteoporosis Yoga Classes:

Weekly yoga classes are designed for safety and bone health. Classes are held on Monday evenings from 4:30-5:45pm and Friday mornings from 9:00-10:15am online only. Come try a free first class.
