Yoga for Osteoporosis

Join Cindy Brown for a full day of education, exploration, support, discussion and gentle yoga geared specifically for safety and increasing bone health. A bone healthy lunch, and snacks will be provided. The cost for this workshop is $180 which includes lunch and snacks.

Cindy Brown is a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and a certified osteoporosis yoga teacher. She has a great passion for sharing her knowledge, training and personal experience dealing with Osteoporosis. Cindy teaches weekly Osteoporosis Yoga classes online.
